SLRT Showcase

The Student Leader Roundtable is a UHP Pre-Approved Honors Experience Program where students who are highly involved in leadership roles on the University of Cincinnati's campus come together to learn from each other. In this, diverse leaders from groups all over campus are able to interact and build on each other to bettere build their organizations.

In this experience, we had bi-weekly meetings where we got to learn about different leadership styles, techniques, and ways to engage the campus with our organizations. My favorite of these weeks was when we spent time learning about different Recruitment and Retention techniques for organizations on campus.

In this experience, I got to work with a partner to create a presentation on burnout. In this, we included different facts, techniques, and interactive elements to bring to our peers in learning about burnout and some prevention techniques.
